My husband is so tired today that after our dinner he fall asleep. I don't know if he's taking a nap or its time for bed.  I understand why he just fall asleep its because his work is always stressful.  Sometimes he has no time to talk to me if I call him at work, if there's a chance that we can talk its just a short talk. 
  I'm waiting for him tonight that he'll wake on his own but I guess I'm wrong.  Still he's laying on the coach and never know that I already took a shower and ready to go to bed.  I think I will just let him wake up until he'll see that his not on the bed with me.  Just don't want to disturb his soundly sleep.  Goodnight everybody!

  I've been waiting for the PPP to approved my blog. Its almost one week  now that I've been checking my mail.  Always looking forward that they'll let me know the status of my account, so I can make some posting soon. I'm getting excited now, even though the result is still unknown. Just thinking they'll accept it and soon receive confirmation.  I would be glad to be one of the bloggers since I like writing something.

 I know through this, it will help a lot in developing my English skills in writing and same time earning money.  I always dream that someday I will be good and fluent in English because this language plays a very important part in my life. Mastering this language will do good to me, understand what the people are saying, and if you're looking for a job, you should be capable enough to speak this language.  On a working field, you need to be clearly understood by the customers so you'll not lead them to confusion and they'll appreciate your service once you can communicate well.  At home, it will improve my communication with my husband and we'll understand all the time.  These are just some of the advantages.


As we all know, English is a universal language, that's why it's very important that I should devote my time mastering this language.

Heat milk such that liquid mixture will end up at room temperature.

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup potato starch flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
3 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Mix all liquid ingredients together and pour into breadmaker. Mix all dry ingredients, except yeast, together and spoon over top of liquid ingredients in breadmaker. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, and avoid letting it touch the sides of the pan. On the Welbilt ABM3300, the settings are 'Basic', 'Light'. I beleive this corresponds to your basic loaf settings on most machines. After bread is done, do not remove from pan until any 'Stay Warm' cycle is finished and the bread has cooled down.

We're working on the tiles today even though its weekend, which is for relaxing and fun for my husband.  But we're very productive though, we did enjoy working together.  He likes me to practice my skills on putting tiles so I can do for our house in the Philippines.  I can say that leveling the tiles together is a hard part that I should get  more practice.  Spreading the cement evenly to lay down the tiles is second one that's hard.  Cutting tiles is easy as long as you marked it correctly.  I like putting the tiles spacer, so easy.

Another thing that makes our work a little bit hard was the tiles, it's soft that you can easily break it especially if you step on it without balancing your weight on it.  Well, I was pretty good at it, I only broke one, and we have extra to replace a broken one, good thing.

Oh... well! I like being a roofer rather than working on the tiles. But I'm willing to improve my skills with this tiles field because I know the basic of it.  If I keep practicing for sure I'll be good at it. 

Before I met pie, I was alone and unhappy. I didn't know I was unhappy, but the wonderful feelings I have now for my love fill me with extreme joy... and they are a little bit crunchy.

Yey!... finally got my green card today. I'm so happy that I have my green now. Party time!...

 Waking up early again. Everybody  is back to work since holiday vacation is over.  I wake up early too, even though I'm not working.  I'm helping my husband to prepare his stuff for working, see to it he don't forget anything before he leave, because sometimes he does.  I usually do this every morning, and give him hugs and kisses to start his day. 

We checked the weather outside, it's raining. My husband decided not to use the motorcycle today since it's raining, and just used the car instead.  Good for him, I don't want him to be wet when he gets to work and dry out all day long which sometimes what  happens.  Well, at least now he has a good motorcycle pants and jacket which is better than his old one.  Still he needs to use the car if its raining hard, because it's hard for him to see the road , driving while the rain is splashing on his face.

Hmmm... obviously, it will not be a very nice day today.  We'll its okay, I'll just stay at home and do some chores and probably cook some cookies for my husband, since its almost gone. He loves cookies, a wheat free recipe which I always make for him. He's allergic to wheat, so definitely not good for him because his skin freaks out.  Fortunately, I found some wheat free recipes for him to enjoy, without worrying that he'll have some skin freaks out.

I think I'll go back to bed soon, still early to be awake.  My bed will keeps me warm since its cold in here.  Sleeping again....zzzz...

The joyful day of snow came and my eyes are shining so bright, like stars on the sky watching the snow falling everywhere.  Snowman was made by us with all our efforts and love we brought. Every drop of snow I felt it on my open hand , touching and rolling it like a ball of life.  Starting to feel so warm inside, because of joy it brings into my life, like my husband that makes me smile everyday of my life. We were running, rolling and throwing the snow each other.  I was just being tickled by the now, as when I look at it makes my mind so bright.

            We're so busy preparing our gifts to everybody.  We wrapped it up in the morning and brought it to my in law's house. Our car was full of gifts, wow! how greedy people are during christmas, he..he.... and christmas tree was crowded with all the gifts.  We  started looking for snacks later on because we feel hungry after all the wrapping and preparations of gifts.

            My in laws were busy preparing food because her brother's family is coming soon.  Finally,  about an hour later she finally finished it. They rested for a while and watched tv, then we went out to buy some food.  When we came back my husband's uncle arrived. We chatted for a while and decided to start the dinner even though we're still waiting for e four more visitors.  It's late for us to wait so we just started the dinner, but then ten minutes later visitors arrived. 

           We really have yummy food, and everyone is enjoying it . We have some Plum wine too.  After we had our dinner we started to give and open our gifts. Nice! I got two bags and really big Atlas map, which will be very helpful for my husband and I since we're going to California tomorrow. I miss being with my little family in the Philippines that night.  But, I have my new life here with my loving husband that makes my life happy andl complete.

           I'm so full after the dinner that I just feel so sleepy.  But I tried to stay awake so I will not miss anything for Christmas eve. Yey!  I made it!  I was awake until 11 pm, and were able to drive grandma back home.  Such a great Christmas I have with my loving husband and his family.

Hmm... weather was so bad yesterday,  raining so hard.  I could hear the drops even if I was inside the house.  My husband was so wet when he got to work, because he rode the motorcycle even though its nasty.  He likes riding the MC a lot,especially if the weather is not bad.  He saves a lot of money when it comes to ferry fare and better gas mileage. Its been more than ten years that's he's riding on it, even if it's raining still he go to work and rides it.  Good to know that he has a good MC jacket and pants that protecting him from being cold in the winter time. 

He's such a hard working man I've ever known.  He usually wakes up at 4:30 and rides the first ferry. He works at 6 am up to late in the afternoon.  I know it's hard for him to drive back and forth for like 3 hrs.  It's cold out in the winter time and driving so early in the morning. Well, he's used to it for sure.

I like riding with him during summer time, not winter ohhmmm... I tried especially if I have a doctor's appointment, and thinking how expensive it's to use the car, I just tell myself that its just very often. So... go ahead Angie ride!, you can save in that way.  Well,  the truth is it's freaking cold. Sometimes, I'm asking myself how people can live here in a very cold country. Of course, their used to it, like in the Philippines people are used to a hot weather.  So when my husband visited me in the Philippines, he just want to lay down and felt lazy because its too much for him.  And now, its me that's complaining about the weather here. 

Oh well!  I think 20 years from now I'll be used to it he..he... hopefully!

1 cup peanut butter
   1 egg
  2T butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
 1/4c. white sugar
 
1/3 c. rice flour
 1/2t. baking powder
 3/4t. baking soda
 1/2t. salt


Mix wet ingredients, set aside. Then mix remainder and add to first ingredients. Form small balls and criss/cross a design on top with a fork. Add several chocolate chips on tor for fun. INGREDIENTS:
